Established in 2008 to administer project certifications and professional credentials and certificates within the framework of the U.S. Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED®) Green Building Rating Systems™, GBCI offers the marketplace the highest-level validation that LEED® building certifications and LEED® professional credentials have met specific, rigorous criteria."
LEED® Green Associate
The Green Associate credential denotes knowledge in the essential areas of Green Building: design, construction, and operations.
Mark Russell, P.E., G.E. is credentialed LEED® Green Associate. Mr. Russell has over 27 years of experience in the fields of civil and geotechnical engineering, and environmental assessment and remediation. His areas of expertise related to Green Building practices include geotechnical recommendations for low-impact construction, environmental assessments for brownfield redevelopment, stormwater infiltration studies, on-site wastewater treatments systems, groundwater evaluations, and geotechnical and materials engineering recommendations for reuse of buildings and construction materials.
